Tai Chi Classes:

These days I work mostly with private cliets offering multifaccetted body motion plans sometimes differing in content and application depending on goals, abilities and needs. The tai chi form I like to offer is a hybrid consisting of movements borrowed from traditional recognised styles. The chi kung forms I share borrow from a library of systems approaches. Tai chi students learn body loosening exercises, ranges of motion, feeling attention, rooting, coiling, stepping patterns, lowered center of gravity, stance work, occasionally we practice the sensing hands exercise. Chi kung students learn approaches that fit needs depending upon different factors. Videos are avilable for purchase which demonstrate some of the applications mentioned.
